#### 83 Requirement for legal member of Authority to be present 83 Requirement for legal member of Authority to be present > A member of the Authority who is or has been a Judge, or who has been an Australian lawyer for at least 7 years, must be present at any meeting of the Authority where any of the following decisions is made— > > > (a) a decision to take disciplinary action against a person, > > > (b) a decision to make a prohibition order, > > > (c) a decision to commence proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations.
