37E Register of attending medical practitioners
> > (1) The Authority must keep a register of attending medical practitioners.
>
> > (2) The register must include the following details for each person accredited as an attending medical practitioner—
> >
> > > (a) the person’s name and date of birth,
> >
> > > (b) the person’s home address and business address,
> >
> > > (c) the person’s telephone number or email,
> >
> > > (d) the person’s Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration number,
> >
> > > (e) details of any conditions to which the person’s accreditation is subject,
> >
> > > (f) details of any suspension or cancellation of the person’s accreditation, including any conditions or pre-accreditation conditions imposed,

> > > (g) any other information prescribed by the regulations.

> > (3) The Authority may determine the way in which the register is maintained.
