#### 37D Conditions of accreditation 37D Conditions of accreditation > > (1) The Authority may, on the accreditation of an attending medical practitioner or at any later time, impose conditions on the accreditation. > > > (2) The regulations may impose standard conditions on the accreditation of attending medical practitioners. > > > (3) The Authority may, at any time, revoke a condition or vary a condition on the accreditation of an attending medical practitioner, other than a standard condition imposed by the regulations. > > > (4) This section does not limit any other power of the Authority under this Act to impose conditions on accreditation. > > > (5) A person must comply with any conditions imposed on the person’s accreditation. > > > > Maximum penalty for subsection (5)—50 penalty units. > > **s 37D:** Ins 2024 No 16, Sch 1\[43\].
