106 Regulations
> > (1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
>
> > (2) In particular, regulations may be made for or with respect to the following—
> >
> > > (a) the use and custody of the seal of the Authority,
> >
> > > (b) any matter in relation to which a rule may be made,
> >
> > > (b1) the classification of combat sports,
> >
> > > (c) the exemption of persons or classes of persons, or styles of combat sports or classes of combat sports, from provisions of this Act, either unconditionally or subject to conditions,
> >
> > > (d) the waiver, refunding or reduction of fees or other charges payable under this Act or the regulations and the ways in which the fees or other charges may be processed or paid.
>
> > (3) The regulations may contain provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on regulations made for the purposes of or in connection with the definition of combat sport in section 4 (1).
>
> > (4) The regulations may create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding 100 penalty units.
>
> > (5) In the event of any inconsistency between a regulation and a rule, the regulation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
