100 Personal liability
> > (1) A protected person, or a person acting under the direction of a protected person, is not personally subject to any liability for anything done—

> > > (a) in good faith, and
> >
> > > (b) for the purposes of executing this Act.

> > (1A) The liability instead attaches to the Crown.
