100 Personal liability
(1) A protected person, or a person acting under the direction of a protected person, is not personally subject to any liability for anything done—
(a) in good faith, and
(b) for the purposes of executing this Act.
(1A) The liability instead attaches to the Crown.
(2) In this section—
done includes omitted to be done.
liability means civil liability and includes action, claim or demand.
protected person means any of the following—
(a) the Authority,
(b) a member of the Authority,
(c) an approved amateur body,
(d) a combat sport inspector,
(e) a medical practitioner,
(f) a referee,
(g) a member of an approved amateur body,
(h) a Public Service employee involved in the administration of this Act.
