sec.38 Giving notice of changes in register particulars
Within 1 month after a change happens in a particular entered in a register kept under the Act , the secretary, treasurer, president, trustee, or other responsible officer of the charity or association to which the particular relates must give the chief executive written notice of the change. Maximum penalty—2 penalty units.
