sec.27 Seizure of records
If a person who has the custody or control of a record relating to an appeal for support fails to do either of the following, the inspector may seize the record for inspection, examination and audit— produce the record to an inspector for inspection, examination or audit; produce the record under a notice under section 26 .
- (a) produce the record to an inspector for inspection, examination or audit;
- (b) produce the record under a notice under section 26 .
