sec.25 Unauthorised distribution of devices
A person must not distribute or dispose of a device that is intended to be offered for sale, other than— to the governing body of the charity or association that has been granted the exclusive right to distribute or dispose of the device; or in accordance with this regulation. Maximum penalty—2 penalty units.
- (a) to the governing body of the charity or association that has been granted the exclusive right to distribute or dispose of the device; or
- (b) in accordance with this regulation.
