Tasmania regulation
This order-in-council lists 21 named bodies that are approved under the Collections for Charities Act 2001. It takes effect when notified in the Gazette and is administered by the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations. The practical effect is to recognise the listed organisations as "approved organisations" for the purposes of the Act, affecting those organisations, their donors, and regulators by changing which entities may operate under the Act's collection framework.
