This Order amends the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 and takes effect on 1 July 2013 (cl 2). Clause 4 records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Order. The instrument is administered by the Department of Justice. Mechanically, it is a formality updating the principal regulation; the substantive effect (which charities or rules were changed) is found by checking the authorised version of the 2002 Order.
