sec.8 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to the chief executive. The chief executive may subdelegate the delegated power to an appropriately qualified public service officer. s 8 sub 1995 No. 57 s 4 sch 1 amd 2003 No. 94 s 30 (sec.8-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to the chief executive. (sec.8-ssec.2) The chief executive may subdelegate the delegated power to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
