sec.7 Administration of this Act
Unless otherwise herein indicated, this Act shall be administered by the Minister. Inspectors and other officers necessary for this Act are to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 7 amd 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 ; 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.7-ssec.1) Unless otherwise herein indicated, this Act shall be administered by the Minister. (sec.7-ssec.2) Inspectors and other officers necessary for this Act are to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
