sec.50 Members of disaster appeals trust fund committee
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held office under section 35A as a member of the disaster appeals trust fund committee. The person is taken to hold office under section 35A as in force after the commencement. If, immediately before the commencement, the person held office under section 35A(7) as chairperson of the committee, the person stops holding office as chairperson on the commencement. s 50 ins 2020 No. 17 s 60 (sec.50-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held office under section 35A as a member of the disaster appeals trust fund committee. (sec.50-ssec.2) The person is taken to hold office under section 35A as in force after the commencement. (sec.50-ssec.3) If, immediately before the commencement, the person held office under section 35A(7) as chairperson of the committee, the person stops holding office as chairperson on the commencement.
