sec.5 Meaning of terms
The dictionary in schedule 2 defines particular terms used in this Act. Any question arising under or for the purposes of all or any of the provisions of this Act as to whether a purpose is a charitable purpose or a community purpose or not or whether any association is a charity or not shall be determined by the Minister whose decision thereon shall be final. s 5 amd 2022 No. 23 s 46 (1) (sec.5-ssec.1) The dictionary in schedule 2 defines particular terms used in this Act.
