sec.35E Disclosure of information to ACNC commissioner
For the purpose of enabling or assisting the ACNC commissioner to perform or exercise any of the functions or powers of the ACNC commissioner, the chief executive may— enter into an arrangement with the ACNC commissioner; and under the arrangement, disclose information obtained under this Act about a Commonwealth registered entity to the ACNC commissioner. s 35E ins 2020 No. 17 s 57 amd 2022 No. 23 s 54
- (a) enter into an arrangement with the ACNC commissioner; and
- (b) under the arrangement, disclose information obtained under this Act about a Commonwealth registered entity to the ACNC commissioner.
