Waste management facility (roofed bin storage/wash area)

(1) Maximum area—10m2.

(2) Must be located behind the building setback line.

(3) Maximum—1 per property.

(4) Roof water must be disposed of without causing a nuisance to adjoining properties.

(5) Must not discharge into Council’s stormwater drainage system.

(6) Must not involve the clearing of bushland in Zone C1, C2 or C3.

(7) Must not be attached to a heritage item.

(8) Must not be located in a heritage conservation area.

(9) Must not be located on vacant land.

(10) Must not be located on bush fire prone land.

(11) Must notify Council of its construction.
