23 Use of land at 4/4A Bray Street, Coffs Harbour

(1) This clause applies to land at Lots 3 and 4, DP 825181, 4/4A Bray Street, Coffs Harbour.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) for land at Lot 3, DP 825181—a single retail premises, if the consent authority is satisfied that the retail premises will be used for the purposes of a drive-through bottle shop,

(b) for land at Lot 4, DP 825181—a single pub.

(3) In this clause—

bottle shop means a licensed premises, within the meaning of the Liquor Act 2007, the principal purpose of which is the retail sale of liquor in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises.
