17 Use of certain land at North Bonville Road, North Bonville

(1) This clause applies to land at North Bonville Road, North Bonville, being Part Lot 101, DP 881242, shown as “17” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development that is associated with the operation of the Bonville Golf Resort and for the purposes of—

(a) shops (with a maximum of 200m2 gross floor area per shop and a total gross floor area not exceeding 2,000m2) and associated car parks, and

(b) business premises and office premises (with a maximum of 200m2 gross floor area for each premises and a total gross floor area not exceeding 3,000m2) and associated car parks,

is permitted with development consent.
