(1) This clause applies to land fronting Grafton Street, Coffs Harbour, being Part Lot 356 and Lots 417 and 436, DP 752817, Lot B, DP 373842, Lot 42, DP 778610, Lot 1 and Part Lot 2, DP 801025 and Part Lot 1, DP 863323, shown as “10” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the purpose of shops not exceeding 750m2 gross floor area for each premises is permitted with development consent.
