sec.53 Continuation of commissioners as members
A person who was a commissioner immediately before the commencement continues as a member until the person’s appointment as a member ends under this Act. A reference in an instrument to a commissioner may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a member. s 53 ins 2024 No. 33 s 30 (sec.53-ssec.1) A person who was a commissioner immediately before the commencement continues as a member until the person’s appointment as a member ends under this Act.
