sec.51 Change in name of Coexistence Queensland
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the amendment of section 6 by the Mineral and Energy Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 has effect only to change the name of the entity that is Coexistence Queensland, and does not establish a new entity. A reference in an instrument to the Gasfields Commission may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to Coexistence Queensland. s 51 ins 2024 No. 33 s 30 (sec.51-ssec.1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the amendment of section 6 by the Mineral and Energy Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 has effect only to change the name of the entity that is Coexistence Queensland, and does not establish a new entity.
