sec.48 Appointment of initial chief executive officer
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was employed as the general manager under former section 30. On the commencement, the person is taken to be appointed as the chief executive officer under section 30 as in force on the commencement. s 48 ins 2017 No. 35 s 37 (sec.48-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was employed as the general manager under former section 30.
