sec.44 Protection from liability
A member and the chief executive officer do not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member or the chief executive officer, the liability attaches instead to the State. s 44 amd 2014 No. 40 s 85 ; 2017 No. 35 s 35 ; 2024 No. 33 s 183 sch 1 pt 1 (sec.44-ssec.1) A member and the chief executive officer do not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
