sec.41 Appointments and authority
In a proceeding, the following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment under this Act of a member; the authority of a member or the chief executive officer or other staff of Coexistence Queensland to do anything under this Act. s 41 amd 2017 No. 35 s 33 ; 2024 No. 33 s 183 sch 1 pt 1
- (a) the appointment under this Act of a member;
- (b) the authority of a member or the chief executive officer or other staff of Coexistence Queensland to do anything under this Act.
