sec.22 Conduct of Coexistence Queensland meetings
Coexistence Queensland meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides. The chairperson must preside at all Coexistence Queensland meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a Coexistence Queensland meeting, another member chosen by the members present must preside. A quorum for a Coexistence Queensland meeting is the chairperson and 2 other members. Subject to this Act, Coexistence Queensland may otherwise conduct Coexistence Queensland meetings in the way it considers appropriate. s 22 amd 2017 No. 35 s 25 ; 2024 No. 33 s 183 sch 1 pt 1 (sec.22-ssec.1) Coexistence Queensland meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides. (sec.22-ssec.2) The chairperson must preside at all Coexistence Queensland meetings at which the chairperson is present. (sec.22-ssec.3) If the chairperson is absent from a Coexistence Queensland meeting, another member chosen by the members present must preside. (sec.22-ssec.4) A quorum for a Coexistence Queensland meeting is the chairperson and 2 other members. (sec.22-ssec.5) Subject to this Act, Coexistence Queensland may otherwise conduct Coexistence Queensland meetings in the way it considers appropriate.
