sec.12 Conditions of appointment
A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council. The members are appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 12 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 ; 2024 No. 33 s 183 sch 1 pt 1 (sec.12-ssec.1) A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.12-ssec.2) A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.12-ssec.3) The members are appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
