sec.10 Eligibility for appointment as a member
A person is eligible for appointment as a member if the person has qualifications or experience in any of the following— the resources industry; the renewable energy industry; a branch of science relating to activities carried out as part of the resources industry or the renewable energy industry, or the impact of those activities on the environment; legal practice relevant to activities carried out as part of the resources industry or the renewable energy industry; negotiations between landholders and the resources industry or the renewable energy industry; the agricultural industry; land management; land valuation; community development; the financial and business sector. s 10 amd 2017 No. 35 s 21 sub 2024 No. 33 s 19
- (a) the resources industry;
- (b) the renewable energy industry;
- (c) a branch of science relating to activities carried out as part of the resources industry or the renewable energy industry, or the impact of those activities on the environment;
- (d) legal practice relevant to activities carried out as part of the resources industry or the renewable energy industry;
- (e) negotiations between landholders and the resources industry or the renewable energy industry;
- (ea) the agricultural industry;
- (f) land management;
- (g) land valuation;
- (h) community development;
- (i) the financial and business sector.
