28 Function of Administrator to manage recovery
The Administrator has the following functions in relation to recovery from the effects of an emergency in the Territory: (a) having regard to the emergency recovery plan, managing recovery from the effects of the emergency; (b) requesting local organisations to take action under the emergency recovery plan; (c) submitting long term recovery proposals to the Minister for consideration.
