27 Exercise of powers under this Part
(1) The Shire Council may authorise, in writing, any of the following to exercise powers on behalf of the Shire Council: (a) a person; (b) the holder of a particular position on the Shire Council. (2) The powers given to the Shire Council under this Part can only be exercised on behalf of the Shire Council by a person mentioned in subsection (1).
