75 Territory transition

(1) Particulars of births and deaths registered under the Registration of Births and Deaths Ordinance before 1 July 1992 are taken to be particulars registered under section 10 of this Act. (2) Particulars of marriages registered under the Civil Marriage Ordinance before 1 July 1992 are taken to be particulars of marriages registered under section 10 of this Act.
