4A Territory transition
(1) A person who was, immediately 1 July 1992, appointed under the Police Force Ordinance 1941 of the Colony of Singapore in its application to the Territory is taken to be appointed under this Act, at the rank held under the Ordinance. (2) The person is taken to be employed on the same terms and conditions as applied to the person immediately before that date.
