#### 85 Breaching condition of exemption—persons A person contravenes this section if: (a) the person is subject to an exemption under section 11; and (b) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches a condition of the exemption. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—300 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—1,500 penalty units.
