65Application may be varied or withdrawn

#### 65 Application may be varied or withdrawn (1) At any time before the Minister decides an application, the applicant may notify the Minister, in writing, that the applicant wishes to: (a) vary the application; or (b) withdraw the application. > Note: Varying an application affects the period within which the Minister must decide the application, see section 66. (2) If the applicant withdraws the application, the application fee is not refundable.
