#### 57 Issue of varied temporary licence (1) If the Minister decides to grant an application, he or she must, as soon as practicable, give the applicant a varied temporary licence. (2) The licence must specify the matters set out in subsection 37(2). (3) If the Minister grants an application for which he or she received one or more notices in response, the Minister must, as soon as practicable, give written notice of the decision to each holder of a general licence who gave a notice in response.
