#### 53 Process for deciding application Sections 30 to 34 apply in relation to an application made under subsection 51(1), except that, in deciding the application, the Minister may also have regard to whether the applicant has previously applied for a variation of a temporary licence (whether under this Subdivision or Subdivision C of this Division).
