#### 47A Application taken to be granted in certain circumstances If the Minister has not decided an application relating to an energy security situation by the end of the period within which a decision is required under section 46, then, at the end of that period, the Minister is taken to have: (a) granted the application; and (b) determined that the matters specified in the application are authorised by the licence.
