#### 42 Breaching condition of temporary licence A person contravenes this section if: (a) the person is the holder of a temporary licence; and (b) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches a condition imposed on the licence under section 40 or 41. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—50 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—250 penalty units.
