#### 40 Conditions imposed on all temporary licences A temporary licence is subject to the following conditions: (a) any vessel used to undertake a voyage authorised by the licence must be registered in the Australian International Shipping Register or under a law of a foreign country; (b) when a vessel undertakes such a voyage, a copy of the licence must be displayed on the vessel in a conspicuous place accessible to all persons on board; (c) subject to paragraph (ca), the holder of the licence must comply with what is authorised by the licence, as specified in the licence under section 37; (ca) if a voyage authorised by the licence is not going to be undertaken—the holder of the licence must notify the Secretary, in writing, of that fact and the reasons why the voyage is not going to be undertaken; (d) the holder of the licence must comply with the notification requirements under section 61; (e) the holder of the licence must comply with the reporting requirements under section 62; (f) the holder of the licence must comply with any other condition prescribed by the regulations.
