#### 30 Publication and notification of application Within 2 business days after the day the Minister receives an application under section 28, the Minister must: (a) cause to be published on the Department’s website a copy of the application, but must delete from the copy information that the Minister is satisfied: (i) is commercial in confidence; or (ii) consists of personal details of an individual; and (b) cause the following persons to be notified of the application: (i) every holder of a general licence; (ii) a body or organisation that the Minister considers would be directly affected, or whose members would be directly affected, if the application were granted.
