#### 23 Breaching condition of general licence A person contravenes this section if: (a) the person is the holder of a general licence; and (b) the person does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches a condition imposed on the licence under section 21 or 22. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—50 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—250 penalty units.
