#### 17 Application taken to be granted in certain circumstances If the Minister has not decided an application by the end of the period within which a decision is required under section 15, then, at the end of the last day of that period: (a) the Minister is taken to have granted the application; and (b) the Minister is taken to have determined that the period for which the general licence is granted or renewed, as the case may be, is 5 years.
