sec.14 Requirements for accepted development— Act , s 167

This section applies to operational work stated in the Planning Regulation 2017 , schedule 7 , section 10 (a) , if undertaken by an entity mentioned in the Planning Regulation 2017 , schedule 7 , section 10 (b) . For section 167 (5) (b) of the Act , the operational work must comply with the document called ‘Code for accepted development—For tidal works, or work completely or partly in a coastal management district’ dated August 2017 and published on the department’s website.
