#### 44 Reimbursement for payments relating to long service leave (1) If an employer makes a payment under Part 5A to a person who is or was an eligible employee, the Corporation must pay the employer out of the Fund the reimbursable amount the Board decides in accordance with the Employer Reimbursement Rules. (2) If an employer makes a payment under Part 5A to the legal personal representative of a deceased person who is or was an eligible employee, the Corporation must pay the employer out of the Fund the reimbursable amount the Board decides in accordance with the Employer Reimbursement Rules. > Note: Section 52B provides that an application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Board under subsection (1) or (2).
