#### 39F Entitlements and rights in respect of long service leave subject to alteration, cancellation etc. (1) A person has an entitlement to long service leave under this Part on the basis that: (a) the entitlement may be cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and (b) no compensation is payable if the entitlement is cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied. (2) A person has a right to receive a payment in respect of long service leave under this Part on the basis that: (a) the right may be cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and (b) no compensation is payable if the right is so cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied.
