#### 39DB Orders that can be made by the court The Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) may, on application under section 39DA, make one or more of the following orders in relation to a person who has contravened or proposes to contravene a civil penalty provision of this Part: (a) an order awarding compensation for loss that a person has suffered because of the contravention or proposed contravention; (b) an order granting an injunction, or interim injunction, to prevent, stop or remedy the effects of the contravention or proposed contravention; (c) any other order that the court considers necessary to stop, or rectify the effects of, the contravention or proposed contravention.
