#### 18 Voting at meetings At a meeting: (a) all questions are to be decided by a two‑thirds majority of votes of the Directors present and voting, being a majority that includes 2 employee‑representative Directors and 2 employer‑representative Directors; and (b) the Director presiding has a deliberative vote but, in the event of an equality of votes, does not have a casting vote.
