#### 19 No further liability for proprietors of coal mines complying with Act 19 No further liability for proprietors of coal mines complying with Act > The proprietor of a coal mine who deals with a claim for compensation in connection with subsidence under this Act and who complies with— > > > (a) the conditions of the relevant authority under the [Mining Act 1992](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1992-029), and > > > (b) the provisions of this Act relating to compensation, > > is not liable under any other Act or law in connection with that claim in connection with that subsidence.
