#### 6 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of Joint Coal Board 6 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of Joint Coal Board > > (1) On the dissolution date, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Joint Coal Board are transferred to the Ministerial Holding Corporation. > > > (2) However, any such asset that is a Commonwealth record (within the meaning of the [Archives Act 1983](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth) is excluded from the transfer unless the National Archives of Australia has given permission, under section 24 (2) (b) of that Act, for the transfer. > > > (3) Schedule 2 applies to the transfer effected by this section.
