47 Effect of certain other Acts

(1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of—

(a) the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989, or

(b) the State Emergency Service Act 1989.

(2) An approved company is, in the exercise of its functions, subject to those Acts.
