#### 40 Appointment of members of Brigade 40 Appointment of members of Brigade > > (1) On being provided with a list in accordance with section 37 (3), the mines rescue company must either appoint or refuse to appoint as members of the Brigade the persons whose names are included in the list. > > > (2) The mines rescue company may also appoint any other person as a member of the Brigade. > > > (3) However, a person is not to be appointed as a member of the Brigade without his or her consent.
